1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products purchased directly from 32Sub under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.
- Exceptions: Certain products, such as electronics with opened seals, software, or products marked as final sale, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using the return label provided. The cost of return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return. If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for an exchange based on your preference.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Exchanges
